sorry to disappoint but it is a photography related interview meant to built a community around photography. i don't think is any help if i tell people my background education, what i do for a living or my age 😊
I do think people like to know a little about the photographer. There is a part of you always in your photography. Not in the literal sense like you have mentioned but in a deeper way.
it is this community that introduced me to photographers that i never heard of in my life so i tried to formulate the question in a way that a photographer can present others
Off to a good start. I'm looking forward to this series. I take your point about focusing on photography rather than the person, though personally I always like to know where people are in the world. Perhaps it's because I'm a serial expat and don't feel particularly rooted anywhere.
thank you! i only ask questions, if people want to open up in their answer, that is what i will publish. spoiler alert: not everybody gave me short answers
Here I am. Who wants to blame me? I still think it’s a good idea to start with yourself. And I am with Shital, I would have liked to know a bit more about the person (the person itself can decide how they want to share of course)…
Nice! It would have been good to know more about you also apart from your photography interests :)

And maybe we can get to know the person through their photography intrests.
I was thinking about the interview question earlier this morning - sending you my answers during the course of the day : )
take your time, there is no rush
Lovely stuff. I hope your interviewee wasn’t a demanding diva 😁
😂😂😂
Haha, nice interview. Still a mystery but that's fine. Great list of Japanese photographers. Like that as well.
