Love to see that someone else takes pictures of "things" like that. For me it's usually light and pattern of something ordinary other people probably wouldn't notice. Also practicing formal composition and keeping the camera straight. Obviously it could be different for you.
with the industrial series to me is something else: i have access to places that not everybody does so in this places i try to capture ordinary and less ordinary things. the above photos are less than ordinary as in most places that i visit everything is ordered and clean, that's not the case in some workshops
