I like light leaks, but I understand that you want to figure out the why. Sorry, no help here…

no worries, will end up getting in touch with the master that fix/maintain all my film cameras

Ha, I like your clarification that aside from the novelty, it is preferable to have a camera that doesn't have this "feature" all the time :)

Hope you are able to get it sorted, but then again, these photos do have that excellent vintage look!

thankx! it will be sorted, my guy is a master, a truly wonderful person and crafted guy

Did that happen on every roll?

The way it moves across the frame looks more like the film was exposed to a small amount of light before it got in the camera.

it happened to 2 rolls. the photos are not in order of taking them.

thank you for your comment, it is a very good point that might be taking in consideration

Because the light is so intense at the beach and coming from all sides I've loaded Kodak rolls there and you can get light leaking in the top and bottom of the canister. This looks more like an even light intrusion across the frame. If it were a faulty seal you might expect light across the whole frame as you advanced the film.

thank you for this explanation but the film was loaded in the house before i went to the beach

Love the images, light leak included, but I can understand that it is annoying if that is not what you intended and it‘s not what this camera produces. Would love to see some images when it is fixed.

I too like the leaks. My Konica leaks light but it’s due to a slightly defective / damaged lens. You might have the same problem.

appreciate the comment but it's not the lens, i've use it on different camera and there's no problem. anyway, it's good to know that lens can be a problem
