I’ve already mentioned a few times that this year I started to keep a visual diary - in fact, my first diary of any kind. I’ve also mentioned that things didn’t go the way I wanted, not everything in life runs smoothly but I’m ok with that. Some of you might be familiar with my disappointments regarding the diary: the fully automatic film camera didn’t focus very well and the Taiwanese fully plastic camera was a disaster.
But with all of this I’ve learned good things:

I’ve learned that I can use the automatic camera but change my mindset;- from
I’ve learned that I can use the plastic camera as a door stop.In my last post about the diary I’ve mentioned that I won’t stop but instead I’ll be using a very small digital camera with ultra-wide lens that was used to be mounted on my bicycle. Here are some of the results.
Even though I’m happy with the results it is not what I want. I wanted to keep the diary using film cameras. So it’s time to start stocking film and put the trustworthy German cameras to work. Wish me luck.
Can't wait to see more images on film. We are all learning from experimenting and trial and error.
Remember, a doorstop can be used to make it easier for someone to enter, or more difficult for them to leave. It's not the doorstop, it's the mindset!
