The Sunday interview: 5 questions for Angela Cappetta

Today I will present Angela Cappetta the author of Angela Cappetta. Angela is a photographer working on her second photo book.

1. Why photography?

I started off as a painter but loved what photography could do. I was a much better photographer than painter.

2. What is your favourite gear? (camera, lens)

My beloved Fuji 6x9 analog 120.

3. What are your favourite subjects to photograph?

I love shooting neighborhoods on the verge of disappearing.

4. Can you name a few of your favourite photographers?

Graciela Iturbide, Nona Faustine, Sally, Bravo, Paul McDonough

5. What can Substack community expect from you/your publication in the future?

I hope to be able to reach into the photography community more deeply by seeing new, exciting work.
