These are beautiful rock formations - that first one without the tide to give it scale could be a set of cliffs. I wonder if that's a type of calcite in the second one, it's such a lovely strong colour. Whatever the rock - they are wonderful memories of a day at the beach.😊
Despite being, by birth, a city boy I've developed a love of the sea. I both scares me and calms me down, I got a PADI Open Water qualification to try and overcome the fear element. What always amazes me is the variation in texture and colour of sea and shore, dependent upon the prevailing weather and light. The brown / orange and green / teal hues are so restful. Beatiful work.
I am reading about everyone being partial to the colours in the rocks... they are amazing, but I really love the final image. It is calm and beautiful. Nicely done!
